here’s the Rainbow Green Phase Chart, ideally you start with Phase 1 and eat that way for 6 months or so, then move to 1.5, and finally settle at Phase 2 for a lifetime. The level of sugar in this form of eating is miniscule, even at Phase 2 it is radically lower than most other “flavors” of the raw food diet which is usually heavy on fruits and/or desserts.
